Valentine and French is a trading name of Valentine and French Ltd incorporated under the Companies Act, registration number SC179793.By placing an order with Valentine and French you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or refund provided that the products are returned in perfect, unused condition and with the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, some items, such as earrings, are not returnable. Where applicable, this will be made clear in the item description. Please take extra care to securely package the item(s) as we cannot accept products for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the post. Similarly, we cannot accept responsibility for any item lost in the post so we strongly advise that returns are sent by recorded delivery mail.PAYMENT AND TAXES
Valentine and French accepts the following forms of payment; credit or debit cards and cheques made payable to Valentine and French. Payment may be made in a secure online environment. All prices quoted on the Valentine and French website are accurate at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice. Orders for goods which have increased in price whilst being processed will be honoured at the price which prevailed when the order was made.For international orders, customs or import duties once the package reaches your destination are possible and will be your responsibility. Unfortunately we have no control over these and cannot predict them.
CONFORMITY OF GOODS
Valentine and French makes every effort to ensure that goods are displayed accurately and to the exact specification. However, as with any reproduction online, we cannot guarantee that there will not be any variation in colour. Sizes given are approximate and may very slightly. Due to the handmade nature of some of our goods, there may also be slight variations from item to item.DISCLAIMER
