  1. How soon will I receive my order?
    For all UK orders we aim to deliver within 3 working days of the order being placed. For international orders, times vary. Please allow 7-14 working days. If, for any reason, there is a delay with your order, we will let you know immediately.

  2. How do I return my order?
    If you are not completely happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or refund provided that the products are returned in perfect, unused condition and with the original packaging. To return orders, fill out the returns form enclosed marking clearly whether you would prefer a refund or exchange. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please take extra care to securely packing the item(s) as we cannot accept products for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the post.   3. Is it safe to use my credit or debit card online?
    Yes. We ensure that our shoppers can shop online with confidence. Your details are passed to a financial institution where the transaction is processed. This is done using a secure server. Valentine and French do not keep your credit or debit card details on record. If you would rather not use your credit card, orders can be placed by printing off the order form and sending your order with a cheque made out to Valentine and French.   4. Can I order from outside the UK?
    Yes. We are pleased to offer worldwide delivery. Please select the country you require from the drop down menu when placing an order.

  5. How do I know you have received my order?
    Once you place an order online, you will automatically receive an e-mail of confirmation from us. If you place an order by post, you will receive an e-mail of confirmation from us once we receive it.

  6. Do prices include VAT?
    No. Valentine and French is not a VAT registered company and our prices do not include VAT.

  7. What if an item is out of stock?
    If an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately. You can arrange for a replacement item to be sent instead or you can simply remove the item from your order. If the item is due to be back in stock at a later date, we will advise you accordingly.
